● MANUFACTURERS & PRODUCTS' REGISTRATIONS: Full support on issuing technical documents required for their approval inside the official departments on each destination.
● DOCUMENTS: Supervision on issuing proforma and original invoices, packing list, analysis and origin certificates, BL, etc., according to the rules on the origin and destination countries.
● LABELS / PACKAGES: Assistance concerning creating layouts and the most appropriate labels and approved packages, in accordance with local regulations on their destinations.
● LOGISTICS: Assistance by working together with shipping agencies for freights optimization whether they be by sea, land and rail, such as decreasing transit time periods and contracting larger demurrage free time periods more workable for certain specific destinations (especially for Southern America countries where the releases on customs are so much more time-consuming).
Almost all of our operations flow DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER TO THE IMPORTER. Our job consists on assisting all steps from the first inquiries and negotiations, until the arrival and release from the containers on their respective destinations.
